How do I join the webinar?
Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for logging in. We suggest you register and log in early to ensure your participation or inclusion.

What do I need to download? 
When you join an event, the necessary data downloads to your computer automatically. The download only takes 1-3 minutes depending on your Internet connection.

How does a webinar work?
Our online seminars consist of a PowerPoint presentation that plays in your Web browser while you listen to the speaker's voice through your computer's speakers or over the telephone.

During the webinar, you can email questions to our moderators. The moderators will review the questions and send them on to the speaker, who will answer questions at the end of the presentation. If your question(s) are not answered, you are welcome to send them to the speaker directly at the end of the broadcast.

Can I keep a record of the webinar?

Everyone who attends may sign up to receive a free copy of the PowerPoint slides and a white paper from the speaker. Additionally, every webinar is archived with full audio and video 24 hours after the original air date.
