How We Promote the Webinar
We provide all the marketing and hosting services for your scheduled webinar. We target and promote to a segmented database of over 75,000 contacts. We will also bring in our partner trade organizations and newsletters to help with promotion. We anticipate 300-400 advance registrants and 100-200 attendees for each webinar. We provide email confirmations and reminders the day before the event. One of our sales team will consult with your company to assure that your marketing objectives are reached and the webinar is successful.
Sales Leads
We provide you with an Excel file of all advance registrants and attendees. You are free to contact them as sales leads. To help find you potential clients, we encourage our speaker to offer the target audience an incentive to attend. For example, analysts send a PDF file of a white paper or research brief to all attendees after the session.
